Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for Scale & Spark events, meetups, memberships, and paid programs. By making a purchase you accept the terms below.

• 7+ days before the event: Full refund, less payment processing fees.
• 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit for a future event.
• Under 72 hours: No refund; ticket can be transferred to another attendee.
• If we cancel or reschedule an event, you receive a full refund or the option to move your ticket.

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Paid cohorts and programs are refundable up to 7 days before the start date. Once the program has begun, fees are non-refundable due to committed capacity and materials.

Email community@joinscaleandspark.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
